Anti Slavery Statement
Introduction
This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the actions Inbitwin has taken—and continues to take—to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our business operations and supply chains.
At Inbitwin, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency, and respect for human rights. We recognize the responsibility we hold in ensuring that slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking have no place within our company or the wider network of individuals and organizations we work with.
We continue to review our practices, policies, and partnerships to identify and mitigate potential risks. We expect the same high standards from all those we engage with—from partners and suppliers to collaborators around the world.
Inbitwin remains dedicated to fostering an ethical and fair working environment at every level of our operations.
How do we approach this:
At Inbitwin, we maintain a zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery and human trafficking. We do not permit or support any form of slavery within our organisation or across our supply chains.
We are committed to working only with partners and suppliers who uphold the same ethical standards. We will never knowingly engage with any entity involved in exploitative practices or non-compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Given the nature of our industry and services, we assess our exposure to such risks as low and remain vigilant in monitoring our operations to maintain that standard.
Inbitwin conducts all business with honesty, integrity, and accountability. We seek to build long-term, trust-based relationships with our suppliers and collaborators, and expect them to align with the principles outlined in this statement.
Where appropriate, we also include contractual clauses in client and supplier agreements that require adherence to all applicable UK legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act.
Policies
Inbitwin upholds a series of internal policies designed to ensure we conduct business in an ethical, transparent, and accountable manner. These policies form the foundation of our commitment to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, and other unethical practices within our operations and supply chains.
-
Ethical Complaints and Whistleblowing policy - The company encourages all its employees, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, the organisation. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking. The whistleblowing procedure is designed to make it easy for employees to make disclosures, without fear of retaliation. Employees, customers, or others who have concerns can contact Anne Murphy, Global Human Resources Director anonymously if preferred to raise a concern.
-
Grievance Policy and Procedure - The company provides clear, consistent, and fair approach to any internal complaints or grievances raised by employees.
-
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy - Framestore is committed to conducting all of its business activities in an honest and ethical manner. Framestore takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly, honestly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and in implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery wherever we operate.
-
Fair Treatment at Work Policy - Framestore employees receive no less than the prescribed minimum wage and we apply robust immigration checks and expect the same standards from all our customers and suppliers.
Raising Awarness
Inbitwin ensures that employees who engage with third-party suppliers are made aware of key resources and guidance relating to modern slavery and human trafficking within the UK. This includes directing their attention to tools such as the Global Slavery Index (www.globalslaveryindex.org), and access to support services including the Modern Slavery Helpline (www.modernslaveryhelpline.org | 08000 121 700).

Awareness and reporting mechanisms are supported through our internal HR platform, where relevant information and training resources are readily available.

Our Commitment for the Year Ahead
As we begin the financial year ending 31 December 2025, we are committed to strengthening and refining our internal processes to further prevent and mitigate the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking—both within our own operations and throughout our supply chains. We will continue to assess new and existing suppliers to ensure alignment with our ethical standards.
